At K2 Sportswear, we only accept returns for defective items. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you with a hassle-free return process.

Before initiating a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Only defective items are eligible for returns.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of the defect (photos or a detailed description) must be provided.
2. Start Your Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Approval:
- Once we review your request, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions if your return is approved.

- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or another secure package to avoid damage during shipping.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice inside the package.

- Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
3. Inspection and Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for the reported defect.
- If the defect is confirmed, we will process a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the inspection.
4. Non-Eligible Returns
Please note that returns will not be accepted for:

- Items damaged due to improper use, handling, or washing
