At K2 Sportswear, our priority is delivering premium custom-made sportswear with precision and care. Each product is crafted using advanced printing and embroidery techniques to ensure the highest quality.
If an issue arises with your order, please notify us within 15 days of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.
1. Guarantee of Accuracy

If your order arrives with the wrong product, print, or embroidery that differs from your approved design, we will either replace the affected items or issue a refund/partial refund depending on your preference.

If reproduction is not possible, a refund will be provided for the defective items.
2. Cancellations
- We understand plans can change — that’s why order cancellations are free of charge.
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing order before production begins and receive a full refund. - Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Processing is completed within 10 business days after confirmation.
4. Inspection and Processing

Returned products are carefully inspected by our team to confirm the reported issue.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

Refunds are credited back within 10 business days.
5. Exchanges for Defective Items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you prefer an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide a replacement option or issue a refund.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from delivery.

All jerseys are independently produced by K2 Sportswear and are not associated with professional leagues or brands.

Items altered, processed, or prepared for resale cannot be returned or refunded.
