K2 Sportswear – Return & Cancellation Policy

At K2 Sportswear, our priority is delivering premium custom-made sportswear with precision and care. Each product is crafted using advanced printing and embroidery techniques to ensure the highest quality.

If an issue arises with your order, please notify us within 15 days of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.

1. Guarantee of Accuracy

  • If your order arrives with the wrong product, print, or embroidery that differs from your approved design, we will either replace the affected items or issue a refund/partial refund depending on your preference.

  • If reproduction is not possible, a refund will be provided for the defective items.

2. Cancellations

Because each item is made-to-order, a $20 customization fee per product applies.

  • Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a refund minus the customization fee.

  • Once production has started, cancellations will incur a $20 restocking fee per item.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

  • Processing is completed within 7 business days after confirmation.

4. Inspection and Processing

  • Returned products are carefully inspected by our team to confirm the reported issue.

  • If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

  • Refunds are credited back within 7 business days.

5. Exchanges for Defective Items

  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery if you prefer an exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide a replacement option or issue a refund.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted after 15 days from delivery.

  • All jerseys are independently produced by K2 Sportswear and are not associated with professional leagues or brands.

  • Items altered, processed, or prepared for resale cannot be returned or refunded.

  • K2 Sportswear may update this policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
