1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The item must have a manufacturing defect or error caused by us.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of defect, such as clear photographs or a detailed description, must be provided when submitting the refund request.

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom-designed or personalized products without defects.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, improper washing, or misuse by the customer.
  • Products purchased during sales or clearance events.

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us at orders@k2sportswear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and proof of the defect.
  2. Approval: Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return the Product: Pack the item securely and return it to the provided address. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by customer.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:
