1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Custom-made items, including personalized jerseys and uniforms, are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-designed or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to improper use, washing, or handling by the customer.

  • Clearance or sale items.

3. Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@k2sportswear.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by K2 Sportswear.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for eligible items and will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative or process a refund.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Custom Orders Policy

Custom orders, including personalized uniforms, are final sale. However, if there is a manufacturing error, we will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.
