At K2 Sportswear, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers worldwide. While we take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Our return policy is designed to address any concerns related to defective items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for items that are defective due to manufacturing errors. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The defect must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of defect, such as clear photos or a detailed description, must be provided when submitting the return request.

Please Note: Custom-made and personalized orders are final and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-designed or personalized products without manufacturing defects.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, improper washing, or misuse.
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at orders@k2sportswear.com within 2 days of receiving your order, including your order number, item details, and proof of defect.
  2. Approval: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Return the Item: Pack the defective item securely and ship it back using the provided address. Return shipping costs will be covered by K2 Sportswear only for verified defects.

4. Inspection and Processing

  • Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to verify the defect.
  • If the return is approved, we will either repair the item, provide a replacement, or issue a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges for Defective Items

If you prefer an exchange for a defective item:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable replacement or process a refund.
