All orders are processed within 3-5 business days for customized products. This processing period allows us to confirm your order details, finalize designs, and prepare for production.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once processing begins.
2. Production Time
Once your order is processed and approved, production typically takes:
- 3-5 business days for standard orders
- 1-2 weeks for bulk or highly customized orders
Please note that production time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current demand.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Free Shipping: 8-10 business days
- Standard Shipping: 6-7 business days
- Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3-4 business days
Important: Selecting express shipping only speeds up the delivery time; it does not reduce production time.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.
5. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide from Sialkot, Pakistan. Please note:
- International shipping times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
