How to Return

At K2 Sportswear, we only accept returns for defective items. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you with a hassle-free return process.

1. Check Return Eligibility

Before initiating a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Only defective items are eligible for returns.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of the defect (photos or a detailed description) must be provided.

2. Start Your Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email us at orders@k2sportswear.com with the following details:
      • Your order number
      • Description of the defect
      • Clear photos showing the defect
  2. Approval:

    • Once we review your request, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions if your return is approved.
  3. Prepare the Item for Return:

    • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or another secure package to avoid damage during shipping.
    • Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice inside the package.
  4. Ship the Product:

    • Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

3. Inspection and Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for the reported defect.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will process a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the inspection.

4. Non-Eligible Returns

Please note that returns will not be accepted for:

  • Non-defective items
  • Items damaged due to improper use, handling, or washing
  • Custom-made or personalized orders
