Return & Exchange Policy

At K2 Sportswear, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our Return & Exchange Policy to understand how we can assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

     The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

     Custom-made items, including personalized jerseys and uniforms, are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

     Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

     Custom-designed or personalized products.

     Items damaged due to improper use, washing, or handling by the customer.

     Clearance or sale items.

3. Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@k2sportswear.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by K2 Sportswear.

4. Processing of Refunds

     Refunds will only be issued for eligible items and will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

     Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

     If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

     Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative or process a refund.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Custom Orders Policy

Custom orders, including personalized uniforms, are final sale. However, if there is a manufacturing error, we will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.
